Zane A. Cannaday, President, Estimator 

Zane Cannaday has over 30 years experience in commercial construction in Southern California, having worked as a senior level Project Manager for three top general contractors.  Mr. Cannaday now applies his experience and knowledge of the commercial construction industry to the concrete trade.  It is his knowledge of the needs and interests of the general contractor that leads Sterling Concrete, Inc. on its client-oriented path. 

Zane personally prepares all proposals on behalf of Sterling Concrete, Inc.  In addition, is active in marketing and office project management.  As Estimator, his duties include developing client relationships, project selection and the preparation of the estimates.  In project management, he oversees others on each project to ensure the scope of work and schedules are being met. 

Mr. Cannaday’s vision for Sterling Concrete, Inc. is to develop long lasting business relationships through teamwork, performance and quality.  

Tim Fischbeck, Sales & Business Development  

As Secretary-Treasurer, Tim Fischbeck is active in guiding Sterling Concrete on a successful path, and with over 30 years experience in general contracting and concrete construction; Tim knows the way.  Mr. Fischbeck manages the company’s sales with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.          

Leonard Reyes, General Superintendent 

Leonard Reyes oversees all field operations for Sterling Concrete.  He makes the important daily decisions that lead to the projects’ success.  Mr. Reyes assigns the Foreman that will be the best fit for the project, supports the Foremen and crews during the course of construction and assures that Sterling Concrete is meeting the general contractors’ expectations.  Leonard has 34 years experience in concrete construction in Southern California. 

Caesar Aquirre, General Manager 

In his position as General Manager, Caesar Aquirre is responsible for the daily activities within the office.  He oversees Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and management of our dedicated office staff.  Mr. Aquirre personally prepares all in-house financial reports and reviews then regularly with the principals of Sterling Concrete.
